Banana-apricot-orange smoothie (5 servings)

What you need:

1 tall glass of orange juice

3 bananas

7 apricots

11 ice cubes

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of liquid honey

How to make it:

1. Crush the ice cubes

2. Add orange juice and blend.

3. Add bananas and blend.

4. Add apricots and crush.

5. Add sugar and honey and blend well. Taste before serving.

6. Pour into small glasses.
