Chris Bell at Il Tavolo “Star Night”

“Park Hyatt Zurich meets Northern Ireland”

The renown Irish chef Chris Bell will be a guest chef at Il Tavolo this year. He will cook at the Park Hyatt restaurant during the “Star Night” on Friday June 27th. At his side will be the executive chef of the restaurant, Frank Widmer.

The two chefs will prepare a  five-course menu for this memorable occasion. During dinner DJ Leon El Ray with saxophonist AL Stonehouse will be in charged of the musical entertainment.

perch, pike-perch, pike

Chris Bell:

beetroot, watercress, sour cream

pigeon, baby artichoke, rhubarb

pork, veal, beef

strawberries, whisky, bourbon vanilla

If you are not yet familiar with Chris Bell, he received the Gordon Ramsay scholarship in 2002. Two years later he was named Northern Irish Chef of the Year. Today Chris Bell is the head chef at The Eagle Bar and Grill at the Galgorm Castle in Northern Ireland.
