6500 guests came to the Zurich Hallenstadion on Saturday night for the 5th Energy Fashion Night. During a 2 hour voyage they travelled on board of the NRJ Airways to four fashion metropolis, London, New York, Paris and finally Tokyo.
They visited the royal family in London, enjoyed mimes while looking at the Eiffel Tower and marvelled at the Japanese kimonos while watching samurais fights and listening to drums.
The evening started with the performance of a dozen men and women disguised as pilots and stewardess.
The fashion labels were Beldona, Scotch & Soda, Schild, Sorapol, Navyboot, Swarovski and for the first time Marc Stone and Mery’s Couture.
Mery’s Couture, the first on the catwalk, presented glamorous and sophisticated bridals and evening dresses. Schild clothing were elegant and very colourful. Sorapol label is the work of Thai designer Sorapol and British artist Daniel Limore. The two brought a priceless line of Haute-Couture to Zurich. Navyboot showed its new shoe collection and Marc Stone sexy attire for men. Swarovski, the partner of the show, had the honour to end the show with its new summer jewel creations.
The show was so entertaining with amazing stage acts, acrobatics, hip-hop moves and songs that it did not take long for the lucky winners of the tickets to feel energized. With the dance floor and electro duo Remady & Manu-L hit “Holidays” or Sophie Ellis Bextor “Murder on the Dance Floor”, the crowd was on fire. Other singers of that evening were the Swiss electro rocker Plasma and the French Camélia Jordana, singing Piaf. The performance of the world tap champion, Daniel Borak was very well applauded.
Many beautiful models came on the stage at the Hallenstadion like this year’s new face for the show, Andjela Milanovic, Nina Maria Ardizzone or the international Brazilian model, Lais Raibero. Singer Stress and the groups Pegasus and Gotthard are some of the VIPs who were in the stadium to enjoy the show.
Noone will surely forget the catwalks of Beldona showing its sexy spring and summer lingerie collection and is already looking forward to next year!
