What you need:
9.1 oz (260 g) of iceberg salad
1/2 of netted melon
3.5 (100 g) of feta cheese
2 teaspoons of herbs of Provence
1,5 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make it:
1. Cut melon in small pieces. If you have one, you could use a tool that scoops round pieces.
2. Wash and prepare the salad.
3. Cut the feta in small dices.
4. Prepare the serving sauce.
5. Put all ingredients in the bowl. Pour the sauce and herbs of Provence. Mix well.
