Jelmoli Style Days begin with class
Beautiful models, beautiful clothes, beautiful show
Last night the largest department store in Switzerland, Jelmoli, started its “Jelmoli Syle Days” with a superb 25 minute fashion show in the woman’s department. In front of a VIP crowd, the models showed various clothing, bags, scarfs and shoes you could be wearing this fall and winter.

The show included a beautiful taupe vest from Michael Kors, a lamb mantel from Paule Ka and an orange coat from Burberry. One thing is certain there will be many women wearing furs in the next few months in the street of Zurich. Jelmoli has a large variety of fur coats, jackets, mantels, fur collars and even fur bags to choose from and in many colors like taupe, red, purple and green.

The evening ended with music, bruschettas and Champagne. People could see, try on and buy the clothes they just had seen. Monica Monsch, working in marketing and advertisement for Jelmoli said last night it was the first time that the store organized such a show. They may have another one in a couple of months.

The next three days Jelmoli will have various events:
- Thursday is lady’s night with catering by Hitl in the ladies department from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Friday is men’s night in the men’s department with whiskey degustation and of course music.
- Saturday is Family Day with a family breakfast in the restaurant and a family photoshooting in the kids’ department.
If you don’t normally wear furs, maybe it’s time.
