Agriturismo: agriturism; farm holiday, rental of a gite in the countryside. Very popular in Tuscany.

Firenze: Florence, capital of Tuscany

Fortress: Rocca or Fortezza

Medici: rich Italian family from the 13th to the 18th century. Medici were bankers, political figures and popes. They were responsible for the beautiful Florentine Renaissance art and architecture.
