The holiday season is approaching. Here are some of the activities you could do with your children from now until the rest of the year:

Lillifee (children’s musical) at the Kongresshall: Nov. 16th at 2:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.

“Nachts alleine im Museum” (come and look for dragons and pirates when the lights are turned off) at the Landesmuseum: Nov 16th, 23, 30th, Dec 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 

Die Schatzinsel (a two hour opera for kids at the opera house): Premiere on Nov. 17th, also Nov 25th, Dec. 2, 4th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 16th, 30th & 31st.

“Peter and the Wolf “ from Sergei Prokoviev at the Tonhalle Zurich Orchester: Nov. 18th at 11:00 a.m.

 

All you need is cake (workshop for kids and adults to learn how to make cupcakes and much more): Dec. 1st is a free workshop from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sprüngli Samichlaus and donkey Fridolin (Dec. 1st): children can go talk to Santa and receive a bag of peanuts and chocolates. It will be at the Paradeplatz from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wear some warm clothes as you may have to queue a while to talk to Santa.
