Focaccia (2-3 servings)

 What you need:

Pizza dough ready to use (or make your own dough with flour, water, oil, yeast/check proportion depending the size and number of focaccia you want to make)

olive oil

salt

fresh rosemary or a teaspoon of dried rosemary

How to make it:

thick pizza dough with olive oil, salt and rosemary

 

1. Make a pizza dough (flour, yeast, water and olive oil). Lay down a thicker dough on the pizza board. This is one difference with a normal pizza.

2. Preheat the oven at 482 F (250 Celcius).

3. Put olive oil with a brush on the dough. Salt and add fresh rosemary.

4. Cook about 10 minutes. Remove when the sides are getting brown.
