Super Roger back at Lindt in Kilchberg to help Winterhilfe

Two years ago tennis champion Roger Federer came to the Lindt headquarters in Kilchberg to open a new chocolateria. That day the Roger foundation and Lindt & Sprüngli joined forces to help the Swiss charity, Winterhilfe, and agreed to send a total of 400,000 CHF over the next five years. Winterhilfe helps children in need and poor people in Switzerland.

Roger Federer, who is also the Lindt ambassador, came back to Kilchberg this week. He met with the CEO of Lindt, Ernst Tanner, and twenty-two children (7-12 years of age) from the Winterhilfe support program.

All had a great time in the beautiful headquarters, making chocolates and memorable memories.

Roger Federer said how he had a fabulous time with the children and how important it is for him to encourage programs like this one. At the end the children could bring back home the chocolates they made, others like the Lindt Teddys and a chocolate tennis racket signed by “Super Roger”!
