The Gourmesse celebrates its 25th anniversary

The Zurich gourmet fair will open its door on the 12th of September in Oerlikon. For the organizer, the Magazine Salz & Pfeffer. 2019 is a special year as it is celebrating its 25th anniversary. 

To say thank you the fair will be free of cost. 

Not only the Gourmesse is a place to try and buy new delicacies but it offers the possibility to go to seminars, workshops and cooking shows.

Along the years many renown chefs such Arno Sgier, Chef at Restaurant Traube in Trimbach, Antonio Colaianni, David Martinez Salvany from Restaurant Clouds in Zurich came to the fair.

Among other things there will be an exhibition on Zurich wines, chocolate Taucherli, a workshop on Gin Brennen and a special on coffee at Hall 3.
