Thai soup with shrimps (4 servings)
What you need:
1 1/2 cup of large shrimps
1 cup of fish bouillon
3 cups of coconut milk
1/2 cup of frozen snow peas
5 large corns
75 g of dried shiitake mushrooms
1/3 of a lime
small fresh ginger
2 lemongrass
1 chili
1 teaspoon of curry powder
salt

How to make it:
- Pour lukewarm on mushrooms and let rise 30 minutes
- Defreeze snow peas.
- Press lime.
- Grate ginger.
- Remove seeds of small chili pepper and chop finely.
- Prepare fish bouillon and add coconut.
- Add curry, chili, lemon grass, lime, snow peas, mushrooms and corns. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Salt as needed.
- Add shrimps for about 4 minutes.
- Remove lemongrass and serve.
