Amaretto prunes with chestnut cream (Servings:3)

What you need:
1 bag of frozen prunes (500 g)

5 tablespoons of Amaretto

1 small can of chestnut cream

3 tablespoons of sugar

3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream

some water

How to make it:

1. Take the prunes and cook them slowly for 20 minutes with sugar, Amaretto and some water.

2. Cool down a bit. When lukewarm, place some fruits at the bottom of a bowl.

3. On top add a large tablespoon of chestnut cream.

4. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
