Barbecued vegetables, potatoes with salmon (servings: 3)
What you need:
3 pieces of salmon
6 medium size potatoes
3 red peppers
oil
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of rosemary

How to make it:
1. Precook the potatoes for 15 minutes. Let it cool down.
2. In the meantime warm up the barbecue on medium for about 10 minutes.
3. Put oil on the grill.

4. Cut potatoes in slices and put about 6 pieces on a stick. Sprinkle a little bit of oil, salt and pepper and rosemary.
5. Cook potatoes about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Wash peppers, remove sides, cut in half. Put a little bit of oil and salt and pepper. Roast 15 minutes.
7: Fish has to be cooked 5-8 minutes depending on the size. Turn once.
