Are you passionate for chocolate and would like to learn more about the secrets of chocolate making? Then, why not taking a course this Summer at the Zurich Chocolate Academy?
The academy from Carma/ Barry Callebaut is located in Zurich West and offers classes for professionals and the general public.

The director is very happy to welcome the general pubic to the academy. The course is opened to both men and women. She shared that men are just as interested in the course as women, with about a 50/50 split in attendance.
While the course is in German if you have any questions, she speaks English and French.
