Chocolate Tiramisu Recipe (6 servings)
18 oz (500 g) mascarpone
10 fluid oz (300 ml) of milk chocolate (milk and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder)
4 tablespoons of sugar
some cacao powder to sprinkle the tiramisu
34 ladyfingers
Mold size 8 x 8 inches (20 x 20 cm)
white eggs, mascarpone, ladyfingers and chocolate milk
How to make it:
- Mix the milk and cacao powder in a shallow dish. Set aside.
- Beat the whites with machine.
- Add the sugar to to the yellow and mix well. Then add the mascarpone. Whip well until smooth.
- Add the whites to the mascarpone cream.
- Put a thin layer of cream in the mold.
- Pour the chocolate drink in a container. Dip each ladyfinger into it quickly and put in the mold to cover the cream.
First layer of cream and lady fingers
- Add one more layer of cream, biscuits, cream, biscuits and finish with a layer of cream.
- Put it in the fridge, covered with a plastic wrap, for at least 8 hours.
- Before eating, sprinkle over it some cacao powder.
A slice of creamy chocolate tiramisu
This is delicious for the entire family as it is made with chocolate.
If you want to make it only for adults, substitute the milk chocolate with strong espresso coffee.
