Croissants with crab (3 servings)
one croissant with crab
What you need:
3 large croissants
4. 2 oz. (120 g) crème fraiche
1 large can of crab meat – about 150 g (5.2 oz.)
salt and pepper
crab meat in a bowl
How to make it:

Preheat the oven to 446 F (230 C).
- Cut the croissants in half.
- Take the cream and mix it with salt and pepper. Add crab meat and mix well.
- Spread the cream on the croissants.
- Put croissants on wax paper and cook until lightly brown for about 5 minutes.
This is a nice appetizer when you have guests. Enjoy!
