Croissants with crab (3 servings)

What you need:

3 large croissants
4. 2 oz. (120 g) crème fraiche
1 large can of crab meat – about 150 g (5.2 oz.)
salt and pepper

How to make it:
  1. Preheat the oven to 446 F (230 C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half.
  3. Take the cream and mix it with salt and pepper. Add crab meat and mix well.
  4. Spread the cream on the croissants.
  5. Put croissants on wax paper and cook until lightly brown for about 5 minutes.
    This is a nice appetizer when you have guests.  Enjoy!
