If you like Provencal food and wines you may be interested in a culinary evening at the Park Hyatt hotel in Zurich.
The famous 5 stars hotel is hosting in its restaurant, Parkhuus, for the second time this year the Masters of Food & Wine. The last one was in January with the French wine maker, Olivier Bernstein, of the Mas de la Devèze.
The Masters of Food & Wine events exist at the Park Hyatt hotels since 2010. They are once a quarter on the same day no matter if you visit the Park Hyatt in Sydney, Moscow, Paris or Abu Dhabi. In Zurich it is only three times a year because the chef, Frank Widmer, is busy with the gourmet food event, Il Tavolo.
The Park Hyatt chefs prepare amazing food such as a yellow tuna with mozzarella and citrus salad (in the Maldives) or a trout with beurre noisette in Chicago.
The next gourmet events in Zurich are on March 28th & 29th. The theme is “Aureto, Domaine de la Coquillade – a trip to the Provence.”
The vineyards of the Domaine de la Coquillade & Relais Chateaux are located in the Vaucluse in Gargas with stunning views of the Luberon and the Mont Ventoux.
The general manager, Werner Wunderli, will be there during the dinner.
