Daniel Meier will show you how to make Champagne truffes in less than five minutes. The truffes, made of two fillings, are the best selling chocolate product of Suteria.
It is Mr. Suter, who invented the recipe in 1975 and he is very proud of his truffes.The company, located in Solothurn, produces 5000 kg of them yearly.
In it you have a ganache, some Marc de Champagne and some Champagne from Colligny Père & Fils.The delicious truffes can be bought in 4, 9, 16 & 25 pieces at the fair.
Demos are on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th.
