Fashion Photo shoot: following the footsteps of Adam Brody & Viktoria Toth
Did you ever wonder how a fashion photo shoot goes? How do fashion designers and models get ready?
We had the opportunity to follow the Hungarian plus size model, Viktoria Toth, and the fashion designer Adam Brody. Last week we followed the two of them through the streets of Zurich where they worked for 2 & 1/5 hours.
It was a great experience for us. It all started in the store of Adam Brody near Paradeplatz. Just after the closure of the store the 36 years old woman arrived after having gone to the make-up artist. She looked radiant and beautiful with the perfect make up, hair done and accessories.
Now she just needed for the successful photo shoot the ideal clothes to make her look feminine, stylish and empowered.
When we left for the first location, Viktoria was ready with the first outfit. Adam would be a photographer that evening.
We moved quickly from location to location. One could see they were used to each other and like working together. A new location could be decided spontaneously and the idea of the outfit too. They were the perfect team.
As the sunset was setting down we stopped at our last location at the Gemüsebrücke near the Hotel Störchen. Viktoria paused casually sitting on the side, her handy in her hands, overlooking the well-known Grossmünster church. It was the ice on the cake and the end of a wonderful evening!

Adam Brody is since 27 years in the fashion business and has run a store in Zurich for the last 12 years. In 2001 Adam launched his namesake collection under the motto STYLE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SIZE.
Viktoria Toth has lived in Zurich since July 2019. She has been modelling for the last 6 years since her friend Juci Erdos asked her to pause for her photography size plus business. Viktoria modelled for Marina Rinaldi and other Hungarian brands.
