What you need:
1 bag of mixed green leaves (5.2 oz or 150 g)
3 tablespoons of dried tomatoes or 6 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
10 olives from Kalamata
3.5 oz (100 g) of feta cheese
How to make it:
1. Wash salad leaves and drain.
2. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in two. If you prefer use dried tomatoes and cut in half.
3. Wash cucumber well and peel. Cut in thin slices.
4. Take feta and cut in small cubes.
5. Add all ingredients together with olives.
6. Serve with a vinaigrette and mix well.
