Promis chefs and chefs from well-known Zurich restaurants met last week at the Blaue Ente restaurant for the media launch of Il Tavolo. The third gourmet food festival will take place this year from June 25th through the 29th.
Samih Sawiris, Clifford Lilley, Martin Sturzenegger, Sandra Bauknecht met with the chefs Frank Widmer (Park Hyatt), Dietmar Sawyere (Widder Hotel), Gion Fetz (Dolder Grand), Oliver Rais (Baur au Lac), Sebastian Diegmann (Eden au Lac) and Fredi Nussbaum (Storchen) to cook together and taste the delicious dishes.
