If you are looking for a place for a nice business lunch or a special occasion, Mesa is the right place for you. You will feel at ease from the moment you enter the restaurant and are left into the hands of your waiter, Reinhard Mayrböck.
The dining room is modern, elegant and decorated with taste. Around hang paintings and photographs from international artists like the Polish Piotr Uklanski, the Swiss Sylvie Fleury or the British Tim Maguire.
You can choose from 4 to 7 courses menu. In addition the chef, Antonio Colaianni will serve you many delicious amuse-bouches. For the vegetarians Mesa offers a vegetarian menu. The cheese selection is amazing just like the wine menu, of 20 pages long. No doubt you will find something you like among the French, Austrian, Italian, Spanish, German or Swiss wines!
If you care for caviar, Mesa serves outstanding Italian caviar from the white sturgeon of Francia Corta. I would highly recommend the dishes with truffles.
The chef of the house Mr. Colaianni replaced Marcus Lindner. Colaianni was before one of the chefs of Clouds in the Prime Tower. He joined the Mesa’s team in 2012 and will come and greet you at the end of your meal. Mesa has 17 Gaultmillau points and received a 1 Michelin star in November 2013.
The restaurant on the Weinbergstrasse 75 is open daily except Sunday and Monday. For reservations please call 041 43 321 75 75.
