What you need:
1 packet of mini buttered cooked pastry tarts
crème patissière: eggs, milk, flour, sugar
fruits of your choice: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
How to make it:
1. Make the crème patissière and let it cool down.
2. Put 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream into the mini tarts.
3. Add fruit on top.
4. Serve.
Don’t put the fruits too long in advance. Best if made at the last minute. Don’t leave too long in the fridge with the fruits, as the tart could become a little bit wet at the bottom.
You can also make this with a sponge cake, which you can find in your local supermarket.
