Orange flavored chocolate chip muffins (12 mini muffins)
What you need:
3.2 oz (90 g) of flour
1¼ oz (35 g) of sugar
½ of an egg
2 1/3 fluid oz (70 ml) of buttermilk
1 1/3 fluid oz (40 ml) of orange juice
0.7 fluid oz (20 ml) of oil
1.05 oz (30 g) of chocolate chips
0.2 oz (6 g) of orange natural zest (packet)
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
½ baking powder
Mini muffins mold for 12 muffins

How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 356 F/180 C. Grease mold or use muffin paper.
- Mix together in a container the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and orange zest.
- Wisk lightly the egg. Mix oil, juice, buttermilk and sugar and add to egg.
- Mix flour to that mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Gently pour a spoon into each muffin container (about 3/4 full).
- Cook 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
