Sautéed peach on an apricot compote with roasted almonds (Serving: 1)

What you need:

1 peach

4 apricots

1 1/2 tablespoons of  liquid honey

1 tablespoon of almonds

How to make it:

1. Prepare the apricot compote: for about 15 minutes cook the apricots on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of honey.  When done, use blender or food processor to puree.

2. Wash the peach and cut in slices. Sauté with 1/2 tablespoon of honey. When lightly brown, remove from heat.

3. Put the apricot compote in a bowl and the sliced peach on the top. Add roasted almonds on top.
