Rosemary pepper pork chops (2 servings)
Pork and vegetable K-bab cooking on the grill
What you need:
2 large and thick pork chops
2 large garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of fresh pepper cloves
1 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
2 olive tablespoons
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt
How to make it:
1. Mix well in a spice bowl: garlic, pepper, rosemary, olive oil and lemon juice. Make a paste.
2. Spread with a brush on the meat well in advance. Place in the fridge for a maximum time of 2 hours.
3. Warm up the grill for about 7 minutes on medium setting and cook for about 15 minutes. Salt. Don’t over cook it.
Idealy served with veggies of your choice grilled on the barbecue. I cut them in thin slices and put them on a wooden or metal stick.Veggies cook quickly (a quarter of an hour) if you put a little bit of oil on them. Salt and pepper before cooking.
