What you need:
5.2 oz (150 g) green beans from a can or fresh
4 small potatoes for salad
3 eggs
1 big can of tuna fish
some black olives
8 large dried tomatoes
How to make it:
1. Cook the potatoes. Let them cool down and cut in small slices.
2. Cook the eggs and cut in 4.
3. Drain tuna and green beans.
4. Cut dried tomatoes in three.
5. Put all ingredients in a serving bowl.
6. Serve with a vinaigrette. I like to put a lot of mustard.
The traditional salade niçoise has anchovies. So you could add some if you care for them. This salad is excellent for a pick-nick.
