Thai soup with shrimps (4 servings)

What you need:

1 1/2 cup of large shrimps

1 cup of fish bouillon

3 cups of coconut milk

1/2 cup of frozen snow peas

5 large corns

75 g of dried shiitake mushrooms

1/3 of a lime

small fresh ginger

2 lemongrass

1 chili

1 teaspoon of curry powder

salt

How to make it:

  1. Pour lukewarm on mushrooms and let rise 30 minutes
  2. Defreeze snow peas.
  3. Press lime.
  4. Grate ginger.
  5. Remove seeds of small chili pepper and chop finely.
  6. Prepare fish bouillon and add coconut.
  7. Add curry, chili, lemon grass, lime, snow peas, mushrooms and corns. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Salt as needed.
  8. Add shrimps for about 4 minutes.
  9. Remove lemongrass and serve.
