Tarte au thon – Tuna Tart (servings: 3)

What you need:
3.8 oz (110 g) of butter
7.9 oz (225 g) of flour
1 large can of tuna
3 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoons of mustard
about 18 teaspoons of crème fraiche
5.2 oz (150 g) of grated emmental cheese
2/3 cup of water
salt and pepper
How to make it:
1. Take a large cookie sheet pan and put butter on it.
2. Make the dough. Warm up the butter on the stove with the water. When it starts ti boil, add flour and remove from heat. Beat quickly with a wodden spoon and make a ball with the dough.

3. Quickly lay the dough on the cookie sheet.
4. Take the mustard and spread everywhere on the dough.
5. Sprinkle on the tuna and the cheese.

6. Add sliced tomatoes and salt and pepper.
7. On each tomato add one teaspoon of crème fraiche.
8. Put in oven at 392 F (200 Celsius) for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure the dough is cooked before you remove from the oven. Let cool down 5 minutes. It will be easier to cut slices.
You can also make mini tuna tarts. It is convenient if you have left over dough and very practical for children.
