small boats on the Nile - early morning
I thought I would share one more picture of the Nile this week. Although I am back in Switzerland I am still mentally in Egypt! Sometimes when I wake up at night, I have the feeling I am still cruising along the Nile.
I miss the landscape, the beautiful early morning colors and the calmness of the river.
At sunrise, while the tourists in the large boats are still sleeping, the Egyptians are already working in the fields or fishing and rowing their barges.
