Pasta salad with spinach and dried tomatoes (3-4 servings)

Pasta salad in serving bowl

What you need:

1 bag of fresh spinach leaves about 7 oz (200g)

At least 16 sun dried tomatoes

7 oz (200 g) of cooked pasta (fuselli or cornetti)

5 oz (150 g) of canned tuna

1 tablespoon of mustard

4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper

How to make it:

  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Drain the sundried tomatoes.
  3. Drain the tuna and break in small pieces.
  4. Cook the pasta and drain.
  5. Make your vinaigrette sauce.
  6. Put everything in a large serving bowl, add the vinaigrette and serve.
