Ruby´s Story

Ruby was born in a conservative Kashmiri family, she had a very protected childhood, her parents would always accompany her almost everywhere. Moving from Lucknow to Switzerland was a big cultural change!
“I was in awe of this amazing country which is so beautifully depicted in our Bollywood movies… it was love at first sight!!

The initial few months were very difficult and challenging – language being a major issue, basic shopping was also difficult as looking for the items would take lots of time, social life was almost none!

“Marrying my prince charming brought me to Switzerland…with dreams in my eyes & love in my heart I started my adaptation process.. Life took a U-Turn when he got a permanent offer to settle in Switzerland…we just could not resist it as both of us had fallen in love with this beautiful country….so we decided to make it home!”
