Butter Brioche with orange blossom aroma (10 slices)

What you need:

13 oz (370 g) of flour

4.5 oz (130 g) of butter at room temperature

3.2 oz (90 g) of crème fraiche

1.9 oz (55 g) of brown sugar

3 eggs

0.4 oz (12 g) of fresh yeast

2 tablespoons of orange blossom aroma

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Just out of the oven butter brioche

 

How to make it:

  1. Put in the bread container 3 lightly whipped eggs, the crème fraiche and the orange blossom aroma.
  2. Add the flour, on one side the sugar and on the other side the salt.
  3. Add the butter in small pieces over it.
  4. Sprinkle the yeast, but it should not touch the salt.

 

Select your programme. On my Moulinex bread machine it is on program 4.

Enjoy luckwarm for breakfast with jam, honey or just butter.
