Chicken Peanut Kebap (Servings: 3)
What you need:
3 large chicken breasts
16.9 oz (500 ml) coconut milk
1 1/2 tablespoon of yellow curry or green paste
3 garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 bottle of peanut sauce, at least 6.7 to 8.4 oz (200-250 ml)
some sticks
Marinated chicken with peanut on wooden stick
How to make it:
- Cut the chicken breast in small pieces. Salt and pepper.
- Make a marinade and wait for 1 hour.
- Warm up the grill for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, put the chicken on the sticks. You can make about 12. Sprinkle rest of marinade.
- Cook about 12 minutes and serve hot with rice and warm peanut sauce. You can also cook them 10 minutes in the oven at 480 F (250 C).
