Chicken Peanut Kebap (Servings: 3)

What you need:

3 large chicken breasts

16.9 oz (500 ml) coconut milk

1 1/2 tablespoon of yellow curry or green paste

3 garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 bottle of peanut sauce, at least 6.7 to 8.4 oz (200-250 ml)

some sticks

How to make it:

  1. Cut the chicken breast in small pieces. Salt and pepper.
  2. Make a marinade and wait for 1 hour.
  3. Warm up the grill for 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, put the chicken on the sticks. You can make about 12. Sprinkle rest of marinade.
  5. Cook about 12 minutes and serve hot with rice and warm peanut sauce. You can also cook them 10 minutes in the oven at 480 F (250 C).
