Lights, Mirrors and WOW!! A concept museum to thrill your eyes.
We are not sure how acquainted you are about illusions. If you are not, nevermind, you will be when you visit the WOW museum on werdmühlestrasse 10, Zurich. Founded by two illusion enthusiasts, Matthias and Vanessa Kammermann, the three-floored building invites you into its vision bending world where you start off as a smug only to come out as a hazy little kitten.
The reception alone makes you say WOW with its elaborate arrangement of huge mirrors and the museum’s initials as the backdrop. You will be well informed of the Wi-Fi and the instructions on how to have the best experience right after you grab your tickets there. And, from there it would a trail of amazement and wonder.
Every installation in the museum has an interactive QR enabled descriptions for you to experience the illusion in a deeper way. Carefully planted cameras in each room, take perfect pictures or GIFs at just a click of a button on the museum’s website that you can use on your mobile. The whole experience at the museum will leave you digitally and visually satisfied.

Vivamost team had a wonderful time playing around with the illusions ranging from the infinity room to the black and white girl with pearl earring. We also had a little chat with one of the founders, Matthias, who showed us around a bit amid being extremely occupied with the teeming crowd on the opening day.
