Every year at the beginning of December during four nights many buildings, streets, bridges, trees in the city are illuminated. The city recommends four paths, blue, pink, orange and green, which all go between 1,6 to 3,4 km.

The things not to be missed are the Cathedral St. Jean, the river sides of the Saone, the Place Bellecour and the Bridge Bonapartre.

We recommend at least two nights to see the lights and to wear warm clothes. Lyon is only 4 hours by car or by train from Zurich.
