What you need:
1 bag of fresh spinach leaves about 7 oz (200g)
At least 16 sun dried tomatoes
7 oz (200 g) of cooked pasta (fuselli or cornetti)
5 oz (150 g) of canned tuna
1 tablespoon of mustard
4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
How to make it:
- Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
- Drain the sundried tomatoes.
- Drain the tuna and break in small pieces.
- Cook the pasta and drain.
- Make your vinaigrette sauce.
- Put everything in a large serving bowl, add the vinaigrette and serve.
