Til Schweiger receives a Golden Eye Award

The best known German actor of our time, Til Schweiger, will be in Zurich to receive an award today. He is to receive a Golden Eye and present his latest comedy film GOTT, DU KANNST EIN ARSCH SEIN! directed by André Erkau during a Gala Premiere at the Corso Cinema. 

His acting career started in 1991 with the TV series LINDENSTRASSE.  Since he has been in over 68 films. He received a Bambi Award for DER BEWEGTE MANN.

In 2003 he was Lara Croft, Tom Raider, le berceau de la vie and later he played in Le Roi Arthur. He was in big  Hollywood productions as INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS (2009.

Til Schweiger is not only an actor but also a director, screenwriter and producer. He worked on KEINOHRHASEN (2007) and HONIG IM KOPF (2014).

 In the afternoon he his the guest at the ZFF Masters Class at the Filmpodium.
