The topics were “The love of the living” by Deborah Millet, “Missionary Vegans?” by Simone Fuhrmann, “Everyday Heroes” by Lars Walther and “Future of meat production” by Renato Pichler. Each had prominent case studies and data to augment how beneficiary Vegan-ism is for one’s health and for world economy. Renowned chefs, Dr. Urs Hochstrasser, the author of “Rohkost die lebendige Nahrung”, and Sarah Kappes, from Sprouts and nuts, demonstrated delectable smoothies and Cheese Cake for the food admirers. The day ended with hilarious special from YouTube stars, Gordon Prox and Aljosha Muttardi from “Vegan ist ungesund”. The duo were undoubtedly the stars of the show because the hall was so cramped with fans that a lot many had to sit on steps and floor.
