A Vegan trade fair in Zurich by VeggieWorld and Swissveg

Of late, there is almost little to no chance that one hasn’t heard about Veganism. Vegan lifestyle is being spread and embraced at a lightning speed. The percentage of Vegans in Switzerland has increased by 3% from last year, this can be attributed to the increased educational campaigns run by plant-based diet promoters such as Swissveg. Unlike Vegetarians, people who follow Vegan lifestyle primarily create cuisine that is not out of animal products such as milk, cheese, or butter. But that doesn’t conclude that they are discounting on their essential proteins and vitamins. To the contrary, Vegans do not have to compromise on any nutrition because they can compensate them with plant-based food habits. Veganism has come a long way from anti-animals activism to an enormous consumer interest business empire.
