Makes about 5 crêpes:
7oz (200g) of flour
3 eggs
13.5 fl oz (400ml) of milk
1.4oz (40g) of butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of rum
How to make a crêpe:
1. Prepare your batter in advance, 1 hour ahead if you can.
2. Spread a little bit of oil in the pan and warm it up.
3. Pour over 1 or 2 ladles of batter in the pan depending if you have a large pan or not. Dessert crêpes should be thin. Wait a minute. Flip it over with a spatula. Wait until lightly brown.
4. Sprinkle with sugar immediately if you want sugar. Otherwise use other toppings.
Ideas: sugar, jam, chestnut spread, vanilla ice cream with roasted almonds and melting chocolate
Enjoy! Best if eaten lukewarm.
