Who am I

Knowing that there was something beyond my nationality, my body, my thoughts and emotions, the core of my being and of life itself, I kept searching, traveling across the globe, asking myself this essential question “Who am I”, until Master Shiva Guruji has given me the response, within myself, a direct experience at Mount Matterhorn, my homeland.

“Who am I”, this fundamental life question has driven me to learn from many teachers and healers from different traditions in my homeland Switzerland and later on abroad, graduating from University of Geneva, traveling to more than 20 countries worldwide in a self-search, practicing Kriya Yoga and other meditation styles.

Learning about healing, working with energies, I understood that there is a level beyond the gross physical body and subtle energies, which is the soul, the inner Self. 

I wanted to experience this inner being, the state of thoughtlessness, of supreme bliss, Oneness and Enlightenment, which I had been reading about and encounter a Living Enlightened Master, who had the power to actually give this experience of enlightenment.

Having read about Enlightened Himalayan Masters in books, I wanted to actually meet one who had those magic powers, which I heard about. It was in the Swiss Alps, where I experienced a spontaneous past-life regression while wandering in the snow-capped mountains and understood the connection between Swiss Alps and Himalaya and that there was an Enlightened Master from Himalaya, white-bearded, calling my soul.

It was then, when I understood, that I had to travel to India to search for this Enlightened Master. Staying in Ashrams, traveling to Nepal and learning a lot, I asked the Universe to guide me to this Enlightened Master, who I knew was there, and I knew that this Master would be my final Master of a lifetime.

Seeing visions of the Master, I received the message from the Universe, that in three months I would encounter the Master. Exactly three months afterwards, I was guided to an ancient Shiva temple up on the hill, where I prayed and asked to guide me to this Master. Then I was intuitively guided to a cave-like open space below the temple, where a yogi from Himalaya was meditating before a fire place. When I came closer, the yogi opened the eyes and sent me to Master Shiva Guruji!

It was incredible, without saying a word, the yogi knew that I was looking for Master Shiva Guruji! The moment I heard the name “Shiva Guruji Aruneshvar” I had goose bumps and I knew: This was Him, the Enlightened Master I had been looking for.

Even before seeing Shiva Guruji, I could feel an electricity like current running though my entire being and when the Master appeared before me it was as if a mountain of light, Shiva in person was standing in front of me! I was totally speechless, in awe and even more so when Shiva Guruji started telling me about myself – on the first day I came to the Master without me saying anything! I quickly understood that this Master was veritably Enlightened! And that Shiva Guruji had an incredible, highly evolved consciousness and was able to grasp past, present, future and read my thoughts, my heart and soul. For the first time I felt truly touched in my soul and holistically understood.

It was the beginning of a dream-like Himalayan training, throughout which I experienced incredible live miracles and learnt Shiva Dhyan Yoga, beautiful, powerful and transformative meditations from Himalaya. Shiva Guruji had been trained by 21 Masters and transmitted this precious knowledge to me – which was the most transformative, liberating, uplifting and enlightening experience of a lifetime!

Having learnt so much from Shiva Guruji and truly reached back home, in me, in my soul, Shiva Guruji asked me to return to Switzerland and transmit this precious knowledge especially to women – and later on to Paris, where I could teach Shiva Dhyan Yoga to more than 1000 employees at EY Paris as the biggest corporate Shiva Dhyan Yoga meditation training in Paris. What I had thought would be impossible, it became possible thanks to Shiva Guruji’s transformative training.

I love to share my story and the message, that we all have the Universe in us and we are part of the Universe. When we reconnect with this universal energy in us through Shiva Dhyan Yoga, we can get back into the “flow” of our life and create our lives beautifully, the life, which we love and love our life, with awakened awareness.

Through Shiva Guruji I understood the role of a true Master: It is making us Masters over our lives, emotions, thoughts and mind! It is all about true awakening, about becoming self-realized and enlightened ourselves. Having received this incredible gift from Shiva Guruji, I am teaching Shiva Dhyan Yoga especially for women online, to empower and reconnect them, with the core of their being.
