What you need:
6.3 oz (180 g) of crème fraiche
3 eggs
3-4 medium size zucchinis
1 small onion
2.8 oz (80 g) feta cheese
7.7 oz (220 g) parmesan cheese
1 flaky dough
How to make it:
1. Preheat oven at 392 Fahrenheits (200 Celcius). Poke the dough with a fork a few times. Place aluminium foil on the dough and enough rice to cover the dough. Precook dough about 8 minutes.
2. Remove the skin of the zucchinis, dice and sauté with a diced onion.
3. In the meantime combine in a bowl the crème fraiche, eggs and beat.
4. Grate the parmesan and cut the feta in dices.
5. Add to the bowl and mix well.
6. Salt and pepper.
7. Put the preparation on the precooked dough and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove when the outside crust starts to brown.
Best eaten lukewarm or cold. It is easier to cut.
