Zurich Opera house new Series: Dinner with Music
The Zurich Opera house has a new Series this season called Mescolare: dinner with music. The first of 8 evenings at the Restaurant Belcanto with Chef Heinz Schärer started on November 16th.
As the word “mescolare” means in Italian, the Series is about mixing and blending things together. Delicious food and great music are put together for memorable times. Each evening has a theme such as French, Italian, Russian, Austrian, Spanish etc… The upcoming event you can choose to attend in December is Austrian.

Vegetarians will have instead of veal scallion an aubergine schnitzel with lingonberry foam with glazed beans and napkin dumplings.
