Romaine salad with Parmesan cheese (3-4 servings)

Preparing romaine lettuce with croutons and parmesan cheese

 

What you need:

1 bag of romaine lettuce about 8 oz (225 g)

0.9 oz (25 g) of croutons with bacon flavor

5.3 oz (150 g) of Parmigiano Reggiano

Yoguressa sauce from Mövenpick or sauce for Caesar salad

How to make it:

  1. Wash and dry lettuce and put it in a large salad bowl
  2. Cut parmesan cheese in thin slices. Add to the bowl.
  3. Add croutons.
  4. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of sauce.
  5. Mix and serve.

I sometimes add warm pieces of grilled chicken.
