Ciabatta with black olives (2 servings)

What you need:

1 Ciabatta Mix of 17.60 oz (500g)*

2.3 oz (85 g) of drained black and chopped olives

some flour to roll the dough

Ciabatta dough before being cooked

 

How to make it:

  1. For an easy and quick Ciabatta, take a finished pack of Ciabatta mixe and add olive oil and water in your bread machine. Packages of 2.3 oz (500 g) are good for making two loaves of bread.
  2. Pick the programm for raised dough. On my Moulinex machine, I need to select the progamm 6. After 1 hour 30 min., remove and divide dough in two equal amounts.
  3. Take the sliced olives and mix into dough. Form your bread.
  4. Lay on backing paper and let rise another 10 minutes.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 374 F (190 C) for 35 minutes.

I normally make two loaves and freeze one. I rewarm it in aluminium foil when needed.
