These are essentials if/when you are unwell to support respiratory immunity and function:
Andrographis: is clinically proven to be affective against SARS (closely related to Corona virus) and has a strong ability to protect the lungs during infection.
Elecampagne: restores lung function in a weakened condition, with a wet lung. It is indicated in emphysema, bronchitis and COAD.
Mullein: restores lung function in a DRY lung, with a dry cough. Improves expectoration to produce a productive cough.
Marshmallow: demulcent action, lines and protects the mucus membranes which are irritated from infection.

Connect with nature and ground yourself with Earth’s surface
Exercise daily & stimulate the flow of the lymphatic system
Practice sleep hygiene and get adequate sleep (reduce screen time by 9pm and in bed latest, 11pm)
Look for the good & raise your vibration to a positive level
Reduce stress and give yourself permission to prioritise self- care and mindfulness.
Check in with loved ones and your support group as much as you can.
Maintain hydration – drink up to 2 litres per day
